Reddit Community Growth & Marketing Specialist (Remote)

<p><strong>Help expand our Reddit presence in the growing AI and virtual companion space</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pay: $800–$1200 per month</li> <li>Work: Home-based, 40 hours per week</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Main task</strong></p> <p>Make DRT FM a solid presence wherever virtual companions are mentioned. Same as <a href="" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> <a href="" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> are mentioned, DRT must be one of them.</p> <p>Measure and track results, be able to display the effectiveness of your efforts.</p> <p> <strong> <strong>Required skills</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Good writing skills, understanding of specific subreddits to be insider (ideally already involved in AI communities)</li> <li>Good at tracking/measuring/reporting results of your daily campaigns</li> <li>You must have proven experience how to have a Reddit account(-s) that gets results and doesnt get banned</li> <li>You should have direct, hands-on experience using anti-detect browsers like AdsPower and residential or mobile proxies such as AnyIP to be able to manage more accounts in future</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Focus</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll participate directly in AI and virtual companion discussions.</li> <li>Comments should add real value, avoid links, and blend naturally into ongoing conversations.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Goal</strong></p> <p>Help each account build a visible, trusted presence in relevant subreddits.</p> <p>The long-term objective is strong credibility and community familiarity, not spam or promotion.</p> <p> <strong>Bonus skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience growing or managing your own subreddit.</li> <li>Building community on subreddit.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>How to apply:</strong></p> <ul> <li>use the Google Form, the main evaluator will be the video recording, don’t apply if you won’t do video application</li> <li>Record a 3–5 minute Loom video with your camera on, showing the screen <strong>( show not tell)</strong>.</li> </ul> <p>In the video, you’ll need to cover:</p> <ol> <li>Show/tell what tangible results you’ve got with Reddit for a company?</li> <li>Show how you write comments, how you ensure you dont get downvoted as spammer/promoter.</li> <li>Share what tools you use for Reddit to track keywords/mentions and what you do to not get banned?</li> </ol> <p>Apply in the google form: <a href="" target="_blank" data-safetoignore="1" rel="noopener noreferrer">forms.gle/bwigvz1xofhk8rhy5</a></p> <hr class="lis-container__job__content__description__hr">
