Remote Airline Operations Support Specialist – $19–$25hr – Work From Home
About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Airline Operations Support Specialist to support scheduling, logistics, and coordination functions for an airline's ground and flight operations team. This higher-paying remote role is suited for candidates with prior airline, aviation, or logistics operations experience who can handle complex, time-sensitive tasks independently.
What You Will Do
- Support airline operations coordinators with scheduling, crew assignments, and dispatch logistics
- Monitor real-time flight tracking systems and flag delays, cancellations, and operational issues
- Communicate updates to relevant internal teams — crew planning, passenger services, and airport ops
- Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and shift handover documentation
- Coordinate with ground handling vendors and airport teams for gate assignments and equipment needs
- Assist in preparing daily operations reports and KPI dashboards for management review
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience accepted
- 2–4 years of airline, airport, or logistics operations experience
- Familiarity with airline operations systems (OPS Control, AIMS, Sabre AirOps) preferred
- Strong analytical and coordination skills; ability to stay calm under operational pressure
- Excellent computer proficiency and MS Excel skills for reporting
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour
