What You Will Do

  • Process urgent data entry backlogs — working to clear assigned queues within the daily shift turnaround time
  • Update existing records with product attribute corrections, pricing changes, and compliance classification updates
  • Verify all entered data against source supplier and vendor documents before marking batches as complete
  • Submit end-of-shift output reports and flag data quality issues to the Amazon data coordinator immediately
  • Maintain the high accuracy standard required — minimum 98% for all submitted data entry work

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — entry level, no prior data entry or Amazon experience required
  • Typing speed of 40 or more words per minute — accuracy is critical for Amazon catalog data quality
  • Ability to start within one week of offer letter — urgency is real and onboarding moves quickly
  • Available for 20 to 30 hours per week on a consistent, reliable part-time schedule
  • Personal computer with stable broadband internet — can be operational for remote work immediately
  • Self-motivated and organized — able to manage prioritized task queues independently from home
