This role involves managing the Applicant Tracking System to streamline recruitment processes, improve talent acquisition operations, and ensure compliance, while collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize the system and oversee the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the ATS system to ensure efficient recruitment processes and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize workflows, configure system settings, and generate reports
- Optimize recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve candidate experience
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Provide training and support to hiring managers and recruitment team members on ATS usage
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR technology
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR technology, or a similar role
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with ATS platforms, such as Greenhouse or Lever
