What You Will Do
- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone and live chat — answering questions, solving problems, and providing account help
- Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and return and refund requests
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues with empathy and a genuine focus on finding the right solution
- Process account changes, order updates, and service adjustments in the company customer management system
- Document all customer interactions completely and accurately in the CRM after every contact
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved contacts to the senior customer service team with full context notes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED — no prior customer service or work experience required, entry level is genuinely welcome
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication style — both verbal and written
- Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute for live chat contacts during customer service shifts
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms — training on all systems provided during paid onboarding
- Home PC, headset, and reliable broadband internet — quiet workspace required for phone and chat shifts
- Reliable and punctual — committed to your scheduled full-time shifts and professional work standards
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour with performance review and merit increase at 90 days
