Remote Customer Support Representative at Hulu

About the Role

Hulu is hiring Remote Customer Support Representatives to help subscribers with billing, streaming issues, account management, and content questions. This is a full-time work-from-home role with a great company culture and media industry perks. Streaming or tech support background is a plus but not required.

What You Will Do

• Assist Hulu subscribers via phone, chat, and email with account, billing, and streaming support
• Troubleshoot streaming errors, device compatibility issues, and app performance problems
• Process subscription changes, cancellations, and refund requests
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Hulu technical support team

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• 1+ year of customer service or tech support experience preferred
• Good troubleshooting instincts and patience with non-technical users
• Home computer, headset, and 25+ Mbps internet connection

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour
