Key Responsibilities- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
