The Role
Kelly Services is hiring a Remote Recruitment Operations Specialist to support the operational efficiency of our talent acquisition and workforce deployment teams. You will oversee the administrative and process components of Kelly's recruiting cycle — from job order intake and candidate onboarding documentation to compliance tracking and workforce reporting. Your behind-the-scenes contributions will be essential to ensuring that Kelly's recruiters can focus on what they do best: finding the right people for the right jobs.
Your Responsibilities
- Process incoming job orders, create requisitions in the ATS, and distribute openings to relevant recruiting teams
- Manage candidate onboarding documentation including I-9 verification, background check coordination, and new hire forms
- Track and report on recruitment activity metrics including time-to-fill, submission ratios, and placement rates
- Maintain compliance records for workforce programs in accordance with federal, state, and client-specific requirements
- Coordinate with payroll and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of workforce placements
- Identify bottlenecks in recruitment operations workflows and propose process improvements
- Support branch managers and recruiting teams with operational requests and ad-hoc reporting
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR administration, or staffing support roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and HRIS systems; experience with Bullhorn or Workday is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing compliance-sensitive documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
