Remote Vendor Management Support Coordinator
About the Team

Our Vendor Management team ensures these strategic relationships are productive, compliant, and mutually beneficial. As a Remote Vendor Management Support Coordinator, you will provide operational and administrative support to Amazon's vendor managers, helping to onboard new vendors, maintain relationship records, process agreements, and resolve day-to-day vendor inquiries. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be critical to keeping Amazon's vast vendor ecosystem running efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Support vendor managers with the onboarding, documentation, and setup of new vendor accounts in Amazon's internal systems
- Coordinate vendor contract reviews, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with legal and procurement teams
- Serve as first-line support for vendor inquiries related to purchase orders, payments, and account status
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, contact information, and compliance documentation
- Track open vendor action items and escalate unresolved issues to senior vendor managers
- Prepare vendor performance reports and relationship summaries for quarterly business reviews
- Identify process inefficiencies in vendor management workflows and suggest automation or improvement opportunities
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement support, or supply chain administration
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and standard business communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder interactions
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or operations preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar vendor management platforms
- Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order management, and contract lifecycle tools
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or logistics operations
