The Role
Kelly Services is looking for a Remote Workforce Management Reporting Analyst to join our analytics and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the reports and dashboards that client managers, operations leaders, and account teams rely on to make daily workforce decisions. You will translate workforce data into clear narratives, identify trends that impact client programs, and ensure that Kelly's reporting infrastructure is accurate, timely, and continuously improving.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and maintain workforce management reports and dashboards tracking headcount, turnover, fill rates, attendance, and productivity metrics
- Extract and analyze workforce data from Kelly's HRIS, ATS, and client workforce management systems
- Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports to client account teams, operations managers, and senior leadership
- Identify workforce trends, anomalies, and performance gaps and present findings with clear data visualizations
- Partner with IT and operations teams to improve data quality, reporting automation, and system integrations
- Support client quarterly business reviews by preparing workforce analytics summaries and year-over-year performance comparisons
- Maintain documentation of reporting logic, data sources, and update cadences for all managed reports
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, or business intelligence in a staffing or HR services environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience working with HRIS and workforce management platforms such as Kronos, Workday, or SAP
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex metrics into management-level insights
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, human resources, information systems, or business preferred
