May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"><strong>Job Summary: </strong></span><br><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">The Research Development Strategist serves as a member of a research development team and works collaboratively to develop funding proposals, launch new research development initiatives, and coordinate research development activities.
