<p><strong>Residential Property Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> McLean, Virginia, United States</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> DOE</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><p><strong>Position Type:</strong> On-site</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>NRI Staffing’s client is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property in McLean, VA. This role involves tenant relations, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth property operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Serve as the main point of contact for residents and prospective tenants</p><p>• Communicate with tenants regarding questions, concerns, and requests</p><p>• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities including applications, move-ins, and move-outs</p><p>• Coordinate and track maintenance requests with vendors and maintenance staff</p><p>• Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, and property files</p><p>• Assist with rent collection and monitor tenant accounts as needed</p><p>• Enforce lease terms and property policies</p><p>• Perform regular walkthroughs of the property and report any issues or needed repairs</p><p>• Work closely with ownership and vendors to maintain property standards</p><p>• Handle general administrative duties related to property management</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Previous residential property management</p><p>• Strong customer service and communication skills</p><p>• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented</p><p>• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office or property management software</p><p><br></p><p>NRI is an equal opportunity employer.
