Right at Home-Lincoln is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to generate referrals, build a pipeline, and promoting sales activity to gain market share in our local community.

Essential Functions:
- Sell and promote the agency services in the community.
- Be knowledgeable in the agency service lines, service fees and client base.
- Maintain an up-to-date competitive file, charge and pay rates.
- Build sales within assigned area according to goals.
- Pre-plan weekly sales activities, creates opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintains all sales activity in a customer relationship manager database
- Conveys a strong need to win and succeed by developing and meeting annual sales goals
- Presents ideas and data, which outline new service opportunities and potential sales
- Participate in educational opportunities in health care.
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding the sales goals by improving care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share in the community
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability:
- (2) years of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Prior experience working in home care or the health care industry strongly preferred
- Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.
- Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
