Sales Representative, HVAC Rental Systems
Job Description:
- Manage and grow the assigned geographic territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
- Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer.
- Actively search for and close new business opportunities.
- Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management.
- Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
- Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment OR commercial/industrial HVAC.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel including overnight up to 50% within the territory
- HVAC or Building Technologies sales experience (Preferred)
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) (Preferred)
- Working experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce (Preferred)
- Superior follow-up and follow-through skills (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail (Preferred)
- Customer-centric mindset (Preferred)
