Sanctions Senior Analyst

Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with sanctions laws and regulations. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all applicable sanctions laws and regulations. Monitor and review transactions and client activities to identify and report any potential sanctions violations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance sanctions compliance policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on sanctions-related matters. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in sanctions laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal and external partners to conduct sanctions-related investigations. Prepare and submit reports to relevant regulatory bodies as required. Conduct regular sanctions training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of compliance requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of sanctions compliance procedures. Maintain accurate and organized records of all sanctions-related activities. Communicate updates and changes in sanctions laws and regulations to relevant teams and stakeholders.
