SAP Developer / Global Support Manager
<div><strong> Job Title: SAP Developer / Global Support Manager ( </strong> 11065)<br/><strong> Location:</strong> Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid - 4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite)<br/> <strong> Duration:</strong> 12+ Months<br/> <strong> Interview Process:</strong> Two Rounds of Virtual Interviews<br/> <strong> Relocation:</strong> Candidate must currently reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate before the project start date at their own expense. <br/> <br/> <strong> Key Responsibilities </strong><ul> <li> Lead SAP/Kronos project management activities in a public sector environment. </li> <li> Maintain and enhance the Kronos Timekeeping application including functional support, troubleshooting, and exception handling. </li> <li> Lead implementation of Kronos Advanced Scheduler replacing legacy post/duty roster systems. </li> <li> Serve as the primary communication lead for Kronos-related initiatives across the organization. </li> <li> Evaluate Kronos releases, enhancements, and defect fixes while coordinating deployment strategies. </li> <li> Lead testing efforts including test planning, execution, defect triage, deployment, and stabilization. </li> <li> Design and develop Kronos dashboards, reports, data views, HyperFinds, and statistical reporting solutions. </li> <li> Manage Kronos business structures, permissions, personalization, and access controls. </li> <li> Support and maintain SAP/SCEIS and Kronos system integrations. </li> <li> Troubleshoot integration issues and execute corrective actions as needed. </li> <li> Monitor Kronos system performance, time clock connectivity, and overall operational stability. </li> <li> Coordinate with Kronos Global Support (KGS) for issue resolution and deployment activities. </li> <li> Develop and deliver user training materials, job aids, and process documentation. </li> <li> Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, executive leadership, and technical teams to support operational objectives. </li> <li> Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and communication activities throughout implementation cycles. </li> <li> Gather business requirements and define business rules, policies, and technical specifications. </li> <li> Ensure successful execution of full lifecycle SAP/Kronos implementations. </li> </ul> <strong> Required Skills </strong><ul> <li> 10+ years of experience with SAP Project Management in the Public Sector </li> <li> 3+ years of experience with Full Cycle SAP Public Sector Implementations </li> <li> PMP Certification </li> <li> Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management solutions </li> <li> Experience with SAP/SCEIS integrations </li> <li> Experience leading enterprise application deployments and support activities </li> <li> Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills </li> <li> Experience managing testing, deployment, and production support activities </li> <li> Experience with reporting, dashboards, and system configuration </li> <li> Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/remote environment </li> </ul> </div>
