Work Schedule

Your Responsibilities
Oversee the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory standards.
Manage the financial reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Monitor revenue cycle management, focusing on billing, collections, and accounts receivable to maintain optimal cash flow and minimize delinquencies.
Ensure accurate allocation of expenses and revenues across departments, cost centers, and funding sources.
Conduct internal audits and implement enhancements for financial processes.
