Senior Curriculum Developer

This role requires a strong understanding of pedagogical principles, instructional design methodologies, and curriculum development best practices. The Senior Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials, assessments, and instructional strategies for a variety of educational levels. You will work closely with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to ensure curriculum alignment with learning objectives and standards. Key responsibilities include developing course outlines, lesson plans, multimedia content, and online learning modules. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design and implementation. Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS) is essential. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are required to effectively lead curriculum initiatives and work with diverse teams. Implement and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making necessary revisions to improve learning outcomes. Develop assessment tools and methods to measure student comprehension and skill acquisition. Provide training and support to educators on curriculum implementation and best practices. Stay current with educational research, trends, and technological advancements in curriculum development. Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Ensure curriculum aligns with institutional goals, accreditation standards, and learning objectives. Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design. Proven experience creating engaging and effective learning materials for diverse audiences. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
