Senior Ecommerce Manager
Leading ecommerce and personalization initiatives, the full-time Senior Ecommerce Manager will develop and execute site strategies for FSAstore and HSAstore to drive revenue growth while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and drive ecommerce strategy to improve conversion rates, average order value, and overall revenue Build and scale personalized customer experiences using data-driven insights and machine learning models Manage site reporting and performance analytics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies Required qualifications 5-8 years of ecommerce experience, with at least 2 years managing a site with over 2,000 SKUs Proven track record of managing sites with revenue accountability and demonstrated ROI ownership Hands-on experience with personalization strategies, including recommendation engines and dynamic segmentation Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools like Looker or Tableau Experience with structured experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing
