About the Role:As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will own a portfolio of complex, high-profile customer implementations on the Conexiom platform, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor from kickoff through go live. You are focused on time to value, ensuring every customer is set up to meet and exceed their success measures. You bring deep implementation expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the customer experience. principal point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing strategic guidance and expert consultation on platform best practices </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Monitor and support user adoption, proactively addressing concerns to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform </li></ul></div><div>Project Portfolio Management </div><div><ul><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Concurrently manage a portfolio of complex Conexiom platform implementations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Develop and lead execution of comprehensive project plans that account for both customer and organizational strategic goals </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Track project progress, manage risks, and implement timely interventions to keep implementations on track </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Facilitate clear and consistent communication to customers and internal helvetica;">Lead customers through end-to-end platform setup and launch, including business requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure accurate translation of customer requirements into the implementation process </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure implementations meet and exceed customer expectations</li></ul>Documentation & Transition <ul><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation including business requirements, customizations, and customer-specific configurations </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Partner with Customer Success and Support to ensure seamless post-implementation handoffs and continuity of service </li><li style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;">Provide post-implementation support as assigned, addressing customer needs with a focus on continuous improvement </li></ul></div>Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical onboarding, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex,
