Key responsibilities Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to exceed patient start targets while maintaining required LTV ROI Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Finance and Analytics, to enhance channel performance Utilize AI-driven optimizations and smart bidding techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness and budget management Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in executing and managing paid search programs Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including account architecture and optimization strategies Proven experience managing large budgets, specifically $1M+ per month Strong background in working with cross-functional teams to improve marketing outcomes Familiarity with Google Smart Bidding, particularly tROAS
