This candidate will be responsible for the A-Z annual plan administration of 401(k), Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 12.75pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>WHAT YOU NEED:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">At least 2 years of experience in the retirement plan service area or related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">An understanding plan types, eligibility, vesting, contributions (employee/employer), distributions and participant loans.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in ADP/ACP testing, Coverage testing, identifying highly compensated and key employees, 401(a)(4) testing, 410(b) testing, Top Heavy testing and government reporting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with ERISA requirements, IRS and DOL regulations and fiduciary responsibilities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficient with recordkeeping platforms.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Basic to intermediate understanding of Relius Administration, Government Forms, FT Williams system a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">ASPPA designations or equivalent a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
