Key responsibilities Deliver resilient application stacks via "Infrastructure as Code" and other DevOps practices Monitor and provide ongoing support for critical, high-revenue business applications Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues while collaborating with various technical and non-technical teams Required qualifications BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or relevant experience 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience Experience with Configuration Management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef Professional experience in public cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or GCP Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server support and troubleshooting
