Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, trade compliance, and stakeholder management. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement to support business growth.

The successful candidate will manage supply forecasting, inventory planning, logistics operations, and order management while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and service delivery. This role also involves monitoring vendor performance, optimizing warehousing and transportation activities, and driving operational improvements through process enhancement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, demand planning, or related functions, including supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, order fulfillment, and trade compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in multinational or regional environments is preferred
  • Exposure to process improvement or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
