This role requires hands-on experience with <strong>GoHighLevel</strong>, a solid command of digital marketing fundamentals, and a genuine interest in modern search trends — including emerging AEO/GEO strategies.</p> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <ul><li>Fully remote position within LATAM.</li></ul> <p><strong>Contract Duration</strong></p> <ul><li>Long-term </li></ul> <p><strong>Language Requirement </strong></p> <ul><li>Advanced English.</li></ul> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul><li>Execute and optimize SEO and paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously.</li><li>Manage workflows, lead tracking, and campaign automations inside GoHighLevel CRM.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to drive organic growth.</li><li>Implement and refine on-page SEO initiatives — meta optimization, internal linking, content structure.</li><li>Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead quality.</li><li>Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings and Local SEO strategies for Canadian markets.</li><li>Build and deliver clear, actionable KPI reports for internal team and client review (traffic, rankings, ROAS, CTR, conversions).</li><li>Implement and validate tracking setups: pixels, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion events.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, developers, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.</li><li>Stay current on SEO algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and emerging AEO/GEO best practices.</li></ul> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul><li>CRM & Automation: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is mandatory — pipeline management, automations, and lead tracking.</li><li>SEO: Solid command of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, keyword research, local SEO, and link building.</li><li>Paid Media: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — from setup through optimization and reporting.</li><li>Analytics & Tracking: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, campaign reporting, and KPI analysis.</li><li>SEO Tools: Working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent platforms.</li><li>Local SEO: Experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and citation strategies for North American markets</li><li>Marketing Operations: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client priorities in a fast-paced agency environment</li><li>Experience: 2+ years in SEO, paid media, or digital marketing operations — agency experience strongly preferred.</li></ul> <p><strong><em>Performance competencies</em></strong></p> <ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — able to present results clearly to non-technical clients.</li><li>High attention to detail: nothing slips through the cracks across campaigns, budgets, or deadlines.</li><li>Data-driven mindset: decisions are grounded in performance data, not assumptions.</li><li>Curiosity and genuine willingness to learn and apply emerging AI and search technologies.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.</li><li>Growth mindset and proactive attitude — brings solutions, not just problems.</li></ul> <p><strong>What will make you stand out</strong></p> <ul><li>Prior experience working in digital marketing agencies managing multiple client accounts.</li><li>Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) concepts and strategies.</li><li>Experience with YouTube Ads or LinkedIn Ads as additional paid media channels.</li><li>Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and advanced GA4 configuration.</li><li>Understanding of landing page optimization, funnel design, and CRO principles.</li><li>Experience with WordPress SEO tools such as Yoast or RankMath.</li><li>Copywriting skills for paid ads, meta descriptions, and conversion-focused content.</li></ul> <p><strong>Why EX Squared?</strong></p> <p>At EX Squared, we believe in building strong, collaborative teams that create meaningful impact.
