<p>Overview:</p><p>Our client is building their pipeline of ServiceNow Developers to connect with European clients working across a range of implementations — ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and beyond. </p><p>Whether you're mid-level and growing fast or senior and looking for meaningful technical challenges, we want to hear from you.</p><p>This is not a role for someone who has watched a few courses and is ready to experiment on a client environment. This is for developers who have built, configured, and delivered in production — who know what can go wrong and how to get ahead of it.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><p>Exact scope depends on the client and engagement, but across our ServiceNow placements you can expect to work on things like:</p><ul><li><p>Designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications)</p></li><li><p>Building and customizing workflows, flows, and business rules using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor</p></li><li><p>Developing and maintaining integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, or MID Server</p></li><li><p>Writing clean, well-tested server-side (Glide) and client-side scripts</p></li><li><p>Configuring service catalog items, SLAs, notifications, and dashboards</p></li><li><p>Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions with client stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting issues in production and proposing sustainable, not just fast, fixes</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Core requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrable hands-on experience developing on ServiceNow in production environments</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, scoped applications, and platform architecture</p></li><li><p>Experience with at least one major module: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or custom app development</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in JavaScript (Glide API, client scripts, business rules, script includes)</p></li><li><p>Comfort working with REST APIs and platform integrations</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills </p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS — any module)</p></li><li><p>Experience with Performance Analytics, reporting, or the CMDB</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments</p></li><li><p>Exposure to multiple modules across the platform</p></li></ul><p></p>
