The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality construction, manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver projects that meet our high standards of excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects from start to completion.</li><li>Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Buildown Developers' quality standards.</li><li>Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient site operations.</li><li>Enforce safety regulations and statutory compliance at all project sites.</li><li>Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical or site-related issues.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.</li><li>Manage project documentation, site records, and work approvals.</li><li>Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>5+ years of experience in residential construction or real estate projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.</li><li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.</li></ul>
