Job Description:

Manage Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher operations
Ensure high level of customer service skills and operational understanding
Collaborate with various teams across the organization
Provide technical expertise in Blue Yonder configurations

Requirements:

Three plus year experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective.
Extensive experience with BY Dispatcher from a technical configuration perspective (multiple versions)
Track record of IT projects (implementations and development programmes)
Knowledge of WMS systems used within Logistics.
Knowledge of change and release processes utilised for IT products
Knowledge of the application and deployment of software testing / QA processes
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
