Specialty Pharmacy Analyst – Compass Rose

CTG is seeking a remove Specialty Pharmacy Analyst for our client in the Mid Atlantic area. This role is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and ongoing support of Specialty Pharmacy workflows within Compass Rose. This role partners with pharmacy, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure Specialty Pharmacy functionality is optimized, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The analyst will lead and support Compass Rose build activities, with a strong focus on Specialty Pharmacy operations. Experience with Healthy Planet is a plus.<h2 data-start="815" data-end="840">Key Responsibilities</h2><h3 data-start="842" data-end="887">Specialty Pharmacy & Compass Rose Build</h3><ul data-start="888" data-end="1385"><li data-start="888" data-end="979">Design, build, configure, and maintain Specialty Pharmacy workflows within Compass Rose</li><li data-start="980" data-end="1146">Support end-to-end Specialty Pharmacy operations including referrals, benefits investigation, prior authorization, dispensing, fulfillment, and patient management</li><li data-start="1147" data-end="1257">Configure Compass Rose tools to support Specialty Pharmacy care coordination, documentation, and reporting</li><li data-start="1258" data-end="1385">Ensure Compass Rose build aligns with Specialty Pharmacy operational requirements, regulatory standards, and best practices</li></ul><h3 data-start="1387" data-end="1429">System Implementation & Optimization</h3><ul data-start="1430" data-end="1791"><li data-start="1430" data-end="1520">Participate in implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives for Compass Rose</li><li data-start="1521" data-end="1614">Translate Specialty Pharmacy business requirements into system design and technical build</li><li data-start="1615" data-end="1694">Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li data-start="1695" data-end="1791">Identify workflow gaps and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and patient outcomes</li></ul><h3 data-start="1793" data-end="1825">Cross-Module Collaboration</h3><ul data-start="1826" data-end="2181"><li data-start="1826" data-end="1934">Collaborate with Epic application teams including Pharmacy, Healthy Planet, and related clinical modules</li><li data-start="1935" data-end="2068">Leverage Healthy Planet build (when applicable) to support care management, population health, and patient engagement initiatives</li><li data-start="2069" data-end="2181">Partner with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders to support Specialty Pharmacy performance</li></ul><h3 data-start="2183" data-end="2214">Reporting & Data Analysis</h3><ul data-start="2215" data-end="2502"><li data-start="2215" data-end="2317">Support reporting and analytics related to Specialty Pharmacy operations, outcomes, and compliance</li><li data-start="2318" data-end="2434">Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround times, adherence, and patient outcomes</li><li data-start="2435" data-end="2502">Use data insights to support continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3 data-start="2504" data-end="2529">Support & Education</h3><ul data-start="2530" data-end="2755"><li data-start="2530" data-end="2603">Provide go-live and post-go-live support for Specialty Pharmacy users</li><li data-start="2604" data-end="2668">Develop and deliver training and documentation for end users</li><li data-start="2669" data-end="2755">Serve as a subject matter expert for Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy functionality</li></ul>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
