Summary of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Therapist (ST):

Services provided by the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) shall be performed within the scope of practice.

Must be able to communicate and respond clearly via telephone and respond to patient's needs.
Ensure HIPAA guidelines and procedures and maintained.
Perform evaluation and assessments.
Must be currently licensed in the state of Florida.
One year of experience (preferred)
Valid CPR card
Must have all documentation up to date: professional license, driver's license, CPR, CEU's, Physical, and background check (ACHA).
