You’ll lead with a people-first mindset while driving safety, security, and loss prevention strategies that support business continuity and operational excellence. Day to day, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain leaders, lead investigations, and guide teams to deliver strong results across safety, asset protection, and employee experience. If you’re energized by leadership, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.<br><br><em>(Role includes travel up to 80% within assigned territory.)<br><br></em><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li> Lead and develop Asset Protection Area Managers and their teams across the territory</li><li>Drive asset protection, safety, and security strategy execution across all facilities</li><li>Oversee internal and external investigations, including complex cargo theft cases</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement loss prevention solutions</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for safety incidents, crisis response, and workplace concerns<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of multi-unit leadership or supply chain/retail leadership experience</li><li>Experience with profit & loss oversight</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to conduct investigations and obtain Wicklander certification within 90 days</li><li>Ability to travel up to 80%<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience in asset protection, safety, investigations, or operations</li><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field</li><li>OSHA or other safety certifications</li><li>LPQualified or LPCertified designation <br><br></li></ul><strong>What’s in it for you<br><br></strong><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
