**T-Shirt Designer Needed – "Aim for the Target" Theme (Managers Training Event)**

We're looking for a creative graphic designer to create a custom t-shirt design for our upcoming Managers Training event in Nashville, TN.

**Theme:** *Aim for the Target*

The design should communicate focus, purpose, growth, teamwork, and achieving goals. We'd like the artwork to incorporate the "Aim for the Target" concept in a modern, bold, and motivational way. Feel free to creatively use elements such as targets, bullseyes, arrows, or other visuals that reinforce the theme.

**Requirements:**

* Eye-catching front t-shirt design (front will be our logo so we will just need a back design)

* Suitable for screen printing (vector preferred)

* 1–3 color version preferred, but we're open to creative ideas

* Clean, professional, and memorable

* Should appeal to a group of managers attending a leadership training event

* Include references to **Managers Training** and **Nashville** if they fit naturally into the design
