<h1 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:32px;margin-bottom:8px;">Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote – Philippines)</h1>Location: RemoteSalary: PHP 40,000/month + Performance BonusesBenefits: 10 days PTO, Annual Appraisal, Career Growth Opportunities, Healthcare BenefitsSchedule: U.S. Hours<hr>About the Role SmartScale360 is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing U.S.-based clients by managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.If you have experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, candidate sourcing, staffing, or HR, and enjoy connecting top talent with great opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.<hr>Key Responsibilities<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Conduct resume screening, phone screening, and candidate interviews. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within ATS and CRM platforms.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing performance. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage candidate communications and provide an excellent candidate experience.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support onboarding and pre-employment processes for successful hires.</li></ul><hr>Required Qualifications<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Executive Search, HR, or Candidate Sourcing. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. </li></ul>Work-From-Home Requirements:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">100 Mbps internet</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Backup device, internet, and power supply</li></ul><hr>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment or staffing accounts. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Administrative, Operations, or Professional roles. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Indeed, JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar recruitment platforms. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with recruitment reporting, analytics, and hiring metrics.
