Talent Attraction Strategy & Brand Specialist Support - Contractor
Contract description
This contract role supports EY’s Talent Acquisition teams by delivering high‑impact attraction, branding, and candidate experience initiatives. The resource will drive creative storytelling, manage multiple branding projects, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent, candidate‑focused messaging.Responsibilities
- Execute attraction and branding initiatives aligned to ECE and TA2 objectives
- Serve as a trusted contributor on branding projects, ensuring consistent messaging and delivery
- Lead creative development including storytelling, visual design, and executive‑ready PowerPoint content
- Manage day‑to‑day execution across multiple projects, including timelines, deliverables, and reporting
- Support and continuously improve candidate‑facing experiences, including EY Next Steps virtual sessions
- Advanced storytelling and creative visualization skills with deep PowerPoint expertise
- Strong project management capability; able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focused with polished output standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management confidence
- Working knowledge of branding, talent attraction, or candidate experience practices
