Technical Lead / Team Lead

Experience & Core Responsibilities

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in IT project development and delivery, with at least 4+ years specifically as a Technical Lead.
  • Management: Manage project team members, their schedules, and day-to-day operations. Set team objectives, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are designed and developed effectively and meet all requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop technical documents including functional and design documents, user guides, and training materials.
  • Domain Knowledge: For the Offsite role, good knowledge of application development and support for Oil & Gas Turnaround is required.
