Technology Business Analyst Associate
About the Role
Accenture's Strategy and Consulting practice is hiring a Technology Business Analyst Associate in Hyderabad. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that complex client requirements are translated into clear, actionable project deliverables. This is a full-time, onsite position offering excellent exposure to enterprise transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders
- Produce detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with client and internal teams to align on solution scope
- Support solution design by coordinating with technical architects and development leads
- Track project progress against milestones and flag risks or gaps to the delivery manager
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and reviewing outputs
- Maintain project documentation and update status reports for senior stakeholders
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a business analyst or functional consultant role
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models
- Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
- Experience with requirement management tools like JIRA or Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- Experience working on ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is an added advantage
