United Airlines Work From Home Jobs Data Remote Entry Level

About the Role

United Airlines is hiring Entry-Level Remote Data Associates to support its operations, scheduling, and passenger data management teams from home. This is a genuine airline career starting point for candidates with no prior experience — United provides full paid training, structured onboarding, and access to the same extraordinary flight travel benefits that all United employees enjoy. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to start your airline career from your home desk, United wants to meet you.

United's data and operations support teams are the invisible backbone of the airline experience — ensuring that flight records, passenger manifests, and operational data are accurate, complete, and up to date across United's global network. Your precision and reliability in this role directly contribute to the on-time performance, scheduling accuracy, and operational quality that United's passengers and airline partners depend on every day.

What You Will Do

  • Enter flight scheduling data, passenger reservation records, and operational documentation into United's internal systems
  • Update existing records with schedule revisions, booking changes, and data corrections as directed by the data team lead
  • Process new partner airline data submissions, corporate account documentation, and regulatory reporting records
  • Verify all entries against original source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before batch submission
  • Complete daily data entry targets and submit shift productivity summaries to the United operations coordinator
  • Flag data quality issues, unusual records, or system errors to the senior data team for investigation and resolution

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — entry level, no prior airline or data entry experience required
  • Typing speed of 40 or more words per minute with emphasis on data accuracy above all else
  • Basic computer skills — comfortable with spreadsheet tools and web-based data portals after guided training
  • Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and able to maintain full-time remote work schedule independently
  • Reliable personal computer with stable 25+ Mbps home internet — wired Ethernet preferred
  • Professional, punctual, and committed to United's high standards of operational accuracy and team communication

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour with structured performance increases at 90-day and annual reviews
  • Full-time remote — consistent Monday through Friday schedule with paid overtime as available
  • United Airlines flight travel benefits — complimentary and discounted flights for employees and eligible family
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with United employer contribution
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with United employer matching contribution
  • Paid training, PTO, sick leave, and clear path into senior United Airlines operations and data analyst roles
