What You Will Do

  • Enter shipment tracking data, package manifests, and delivery documentation into UPS internal logistics systems
  • Update existing shipment records with delivery status changes, address corrections, and exception notations
  • Process new shipper account registration data and business customer documentation as directed by the data team lead
  • Verify all entered records against source shipping documents for completeness and accuracy before submission
  • Generate end-of-shift data entry completion summaries and submit accuracy rate reports to the team coordinator
  • Flag and escalate recurring data quality problems or system error patterns to the senior data operations team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — entry level, no prior data entry or logistics experience required
  • Typing speed of 40 or more words per minute with a strong emphasis on data accuracy
  • Basic computer skills — comfortable with spreadsheet tools and web-based data entry systems
  • Detail-oriented and focused — able to maintain precision across repetitive data entry tasks during a full shift
  • Personal computer with stable 25+ Mbps home internet — wired connection recommended for system reliability
  • Punctual and self-disciplined — committed to the full-time remote schedule and daily task expectations

Pay and Benefits
