Job Description We are a cryptocurrency exchange platform running paid advertising campaigns in the United States. To help us improve our user onboarding and conversion experience, we're looking for US-based individuals who have never created an account with OKX to go through our full sign-up and onboarding flow. What You'll Do Click on our provided ad link (or landing page URL) Sign up for a new account on the OKX app or website Complete the KYC (identity verification) process Complete your first deposit or trade Submit a full screen recording of the entire process + a short written feedback form Requirements Must be a US resident Must NOT have an existing OKX account (new users only — this will be verified) Must be comfortable completing KYC (government-issued ID required) Must be able to record your screen throughout the entire process (tools like Loom or OBS are fine) Stable internet connection and a smartphone or computer Deliverables ✅ Full screen recording (from landing page through first deposit/trade) ✅ Written feedback (3–5 sentences) on your experience what was confusing, what was smooth, and any suggestions Compensation $20 per completed submission (payment released upon receipt of verified screen recording and feedback) Note Your personal information submitted during KYC is handled directly by OKX and subject to our platform's privacy policy.
