About the Role

What You Will Do
- Handle customer inquiries via chat or email regarding Walmart orders, returns, and account issues
- Process online order updates, address changes, and cancellation requests
- Enter product or customer data accurately into Walmart internal systems
- Meet daily contact or data processing targets during your part-time shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Stable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Available 20–30 hours per week on a consistent schedule
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour
