Warehouse Manager - Event Production

Dynamic Productions USA is a full-service event company with over 25 years of expertise in event creation, live music and client production support with locations in New York, Miami and Las Vegas. This position is located in Miami.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for orchestrating daily logistics and maintaining peak operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between upper management, live event crews, logistics and floor operations, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in safety, accuracy, and professional accountability.

Key Responsibilities

· Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate warehouse crews to ensure all daily tasks are completed on schedule and according to company standards.

· Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment; conduct regular floor inspections and safety briefings.

· Logistics Management: Oversee the loading/unloading of vehicles and the accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.

· Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements to increase speed, reduce errors, and minimize waste.

· Inventory & Quality Control: Maintain rigorous inventory oversight using Flex software to ensure 100% stock accuracy and quality assurance.

· Inter-Departmental Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for department leads, PM’s and AE’s to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.

· Fleet Operations: Safely operate company vehicles and oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse facility.

Qualifications & Experience

· Proven Leadership: Must have 5 + years Event Production warehouse experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.

· Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems (Flex software preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear directives to diverse teams.

· Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisive, effective choices under high-pressure conditions.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor, including loading/unloading and operating heavy machinery as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
